Our Hot Zone is equipped with several Lathe Stations and a fully equipped Bench assembly department, and with continued investment and upgrades, we ensure we keep Quartztec at the forefront of Quartz Fabrication

Cold Zone
Our Cold Zone is equipped with specific CNC stations for our machining needs. In addition, we have supporting grinding and milling centres, providing a full complement of machining capabilities.
We are focused on product cycle efficiency, with our Cold Zone utilising Economic Batch Quantities for machining and all products undergoing a sufficient degreaser cleaning cycle before exiting the department. Steps like these, ensure we maximise our efficiency on machining product, as well as reducing rework steps further along in the manufacturing process.
